Prof. Deby Vinski is a world-renowned authority in preventive, regenerative, and anti-aging medicine, celebrated for her groundbreaking work in stem cell therapy, genomic medicine, and biological age reversal. Dr Darwin Eton is a Distinguished Fellow of the Society of Vascular Surgery. In 1999 he initiated a research effort to promote neovascularization in patients with Chronic Ischemia in 1999 at University of Miami where he was Professor and Chief of Vascular Surgery. He further advanced the project while Professor of Surgery at the University of Chicago. This project won the Cures Within Reach Award in 2016. The proceeds were used to fund a confirmatory study at University of Illinois at Chicago, where Dr Eton held a Voluntary Professor appointment in Surgery. He started Vasogenesis Inc (Boston MA), where he presently serves as the Chief Research and Medical Officer. He has authored 46 peer review publications, many book chapters, and textbooks in Vascular Surgery, and has been an invited speaker in USA and internationally. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.Sc, MSc.) in 1978 and New York University Medical School (M.D.) in 1982. Over the last decade he developed a special interest in how physics contributes to the understanding of cell evolution.

Dr. Y. James Kang is the Chief Scientist, Tasly Biopharmaceutical Company, Tianjin; Professor and Director of the Regenerative Medicine Research Center at Sichuan University West China Hospital; Director of Sichuan Regenerative Medicine Research and Technology Center; and Professor Emeritus, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY, USA. Dr. Kang received his Ph.D. in Toxicology and Cell Biology at Iowa State University in 1989 and completed postdoctoral training in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Cornell University Medical Center in 1991. He was Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology, University of North Dakota School of Medicine (1991-1996); Associate Professor and University Scholar (1996-2001) and Professor and Distinguished University Scholar (2001-2017) in Medicine, Pharmacology and Toxicology, University of Louisville School of Medicine. He served several US-NIH study sections from 1997 to 2006, and other US federal agencies including USDA, US-EPA and US-Veterans Administrations from 1996 to 2005. He was an elected Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences since 2001, and he was the Editor-in-Chief of Cardiovascular Toxicology (2001-2022). His research interests are in regenerative medicine, focusing on MSCs, tissue injury signaling and organ rejuvenation. He made a major breakthrough in 3D bio-printing of stromal cell-based vascular graft for human implantation, leading the field of MSCs in organ rejuvenation.

Dr. Adel K. El-Naggar is a Professor and Section Chief of Head and Neck Pathology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. El-Naggar is the also the Director of the Head and Neck Pathology Fellowship. He received his M.D. degree from the Ein-Shams School of Medicine, Cairo, Egypt and research and pathology training at Vanderbilt and Case Western-Reserve University in Nashville and Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. El-Naggar is anEditor-in-Chief of the Head and Neck Oncology Journal and amember of several editorial boards of pathology, oncology and head and neck medical journals. He is also a member of national and international committees and cooperative groups in head and neck tumors. Dr. El-Naggar has authored and co-authored 610articles, 55 editorials and 10 book chapters on pathology of the head and neck.
