Dr. Andisheh Dadashi is a computational biologist, statistician, mathematician, and assistant professor at the University of New Mexico–Valencia, USA. With dual Master’s degrees in Statistics and Mathematical Statistics, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Dr. Dadashi specializes in high-performance computing, metabolic modeling, and data-driven systems biology. Her interdisciplinary approach bridges computer science, statistics, and molecular biology. Her research presents the first stage-specific in silico model of human peri-implantation embryo metabolism, combining flux balance analysis (FBA) and network expansion algorithms to simulate complex metabolic processes during early development. This model has led to novel insights into the lactate-associated malate-aspartate shuttle (MAS) and metabolic regulation under varying oxygen and nutrient conditions, offering implications for regenerative medicine, stem cell research, and developmental biology. Dr. Dadashi has received international recognition for her contributions to computational biology and embryology, including Best Presentation Awards at ICBCB in Tokyo and invitations to serve as a session chair at global symposia. She is passionate about integrating mathematical modeling with experimental data to drive discoveries in embryonic development and biomedical innovation. Mr. Francis ("Frank") O'Keeffe is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame Australia (Sydney). He is currently a PhD candidate nearing the end of his doctoral studies. His research investigates the ethical status of the human embryo. He is perhaps best known for an article titled, "Twinning and Individuation: An Appraisal of the Current Model and Ethical Implications." This work challenges the commonly held belief that identical twins may be formed by embryo splitting up to the fourteenth day of human embryogenesis. Mr O'Keeffe's research has also rejected the possibility that two separate human embryos could fuse into a single viable entity, which has prompted him to propose alternative models by which human chimeras may be formed. He is a critic of legislation which permits embryo experimentation during the first two weeks of human development. He has obtained a Master of Bioethics (MBioeth) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from LaTrobe University (Melbourne).

Dr. Massar Alsamraae is a molecular biologist with extensive experience in cancer metabolism and tumor microenvironment research. Dr. Sowmithra is a Postdoctoral associate in Dr. Janghoo Lim lab in the Department of Genetics, Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, United States. She holds a PhD in Biophysics from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bengaluru and master’s in biotechnology and molecular medicine from India. She studied the ‘Neuroprotective role of Mesenchymal stem cells on neural progenitors against hypoxic ischemic like injury’ under the guidance of Dr. Indrani Datta for her doctoral studies. She holds a B.D.S. from the Army College of Dental Sciences, an M.Tech in Nanomedical Sciences from AIMS, and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering with a focus on Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine from SCTIMST, India. She has received prestigious fellowships from ICMR and CSIR, and has worked on DST-SERB-funded research.
